Asset Journal is an investment portfolio tracking tool that allows you to record, organize, and monitor your assets. The App provides portfolio visualization, performance tracking, and market price data for informational purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or other users' access.

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by Asset Journal and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Asset Journal is not a financial advisor. The App is a portfolio tracking tool and does not provide investment advice, financial recommendations, or trading signals. Market data displayed in the App is for informational purposes only and may be delayed or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information displayed in the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate or complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asset Journal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
